Job Description: “Batch Monitoring Engineer – Job Description
• Ability to handle high volume inflow of incidents and acknowledge them within SLA and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs
• Batch Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage.
• Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
• Creation of new and updating existing process documentation
• Coordination and communication within the team and with customers
• Experience working with Remote Desktop/RDP tools.
• Basic knowledge and experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, and continuous development.
Additional Skills:
• Adequate English-speaking skills to interact with users globally.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of Batch Monitoring and Support Experience for Jr.Support Engineer
• Experience working with ITSM tools like MWatch, Jira, etc.
• Basic problem-solving, analytical skills, quick thinking skills.”
